      Booking  

Booking Amt Rs.4000/- per person plus Train/Air fare charge if any has to  be paid in advance out of which Rs.4000/- is non refundable and non transferable. The balance payment shall be paid 20 days prior to the departure of the tour, falling which his tour will be deemed as cancelled, and the deposit will not be refunded.If you make a booking after the date on which the balance of the holiday is due you must pay the full holiday cost at the time of booking

It is your responsibility to remember to pay the balance, however on some occasions we may call to remind you. You should pay the balance within 7 days of receiving the reminder.

If you do not pay the balance within 7 days of the reminder then we may cancel your holiday and apply the cancellation charges

      Refunds  
If you change your booking :
If after your confirmation has been issued you wish to change your holiday booking, we will do our best to help, provided written notification is received at our office from the person who signed the booking form, not later than the date on which the balance of the original holiday cost due for payment. This must be accompanied by a payment of INR 3000 per person to cover administration costs. Any alteration request after this date will be treated as cancellation fo the original booking and cancellation charges set out above will be applied
                          
If you Cancel your holiday :
If you or any member of you party wishes to cancel you holiday then you should notify us or the travel agent with whom you made the booking in writing, If you cancel the holiday then we will charge the can cancellation fees set out in the table below.

Our Right to cancel Your Holiday :
In order for us to run each holiday, there must be a minimum number of passengers who wish to travel. If the minimum number of passengers does not book on the holiday then.If we cancel because there are not enough passenger then we will refund all the monies that you have paid us in respect of the holiday (for services rendered by us.) However, we will not be liable to make any other payments to you

In the event that we may have to cancel your tour we may operate the same tour using a min bus which will be offered to you at the same price or this small premium. This is subject to us having a minimum of 10 passengers.

Injury Unconnected With Us.,
We may at our reasonable discretion offer you general assistance if you suffer illness, injury or death whilst on holiday with us where the illness, injury or death is not the fault of us or of our employees or suppliers acting on our behalf. employees or suppliers acting on our behal

      Hotels  

We have taken care to select hotels which are comfortable whist keeping cost down. Most of the rooms have a private bath or shower., we take extra care to select locations for our holidays and hence they may  be confirmed either in the city center. Since the rooms are comparatively small, we would recommend only 3 person in one room for your own comfort.

In most hotels extra bed constitutes the mattress with bed sheet, blanket and pillow.

‘Kripa Balaji Tours’ resumes the right to publish the passengers photograph or group photograph without intimation or permission of the same passenger.

 
      Luggage
 
During the entire tour after departure from train our staff will be at your service to carry your luggage, but at the same time we are not responsible for the theft or damage to your luggage. No claims will be entertained.
      Delicious Food  
During the tour we will be serving you with the delicious food cooked by our Maharaj, which will include Morning bed Tea, Breakfast with Tea/Coffee, Lunch and a variety of dish will be served to dinner. Meals and snacks during train journey will not be served by the company. Passenger on fast should make his own arrangement.
 
      Liability
 

The liability of the company is restricted to the making of reservation in accordance with the passengers requirements. The liability will cease on the issue of a ticket, reservation and travel document to the passenger. Company is not liable for any loss of person or property caused or damaged or suffered by the passenger on account of deficiency in services by any independent contractor. Any gesture of courtesy extended by the company to the passenger to minimize such loss or damage will not constitute on admission of such liability or a waiver.

Kripa Balaji Tours shall in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to passenger or any other person traveling for any loss or expences incurred due to loss of property or life, any death, personal injury, sickness, accident, loss, delay, discomfort, theft, increased expenses, consequential loss and/ or damage or any damage to baggage or personal effects howsoever caused.

Sightseeing missed and/or the program being curtailed after commencement of the tour and before the due period due to any unavoidable circumstances and any reason beyond our control such as political, natural calamity, monument under renovation, heavy ruch at sightseeing places, road traffice congestion etc. The reserves the right to claim any additional amount of money for the same. All the loss or expenses will have to be borne by the passenger.

 

Coach/ Seating.
Our seat Nos. are allotted on the booking priority basis. There is a strict no smoking, consuming alcohol and eating policy on the coach. All baggage and personal effects are at all time and in all circumstances your responsibility. We sill not be responsible or liable in case of loss of any items from the coach. Any damages caused by you to the coach during the travel shall be payable by you. 

Things not included in the tour 
Any train & Air fare Personal expenses like service tax, tips, cold drinks, Horse ridding, boating, laundry, cable car rides, room heater, mineral water, insurance, additional expenses after accidents.

Tour Transfer
If the tour participant requests to transfer/ perpone / postpone the tour in writing, the transfer charges will be 3000/- per person + Railway/ Air cancellation charges, and can be done for a period & 6 month only form current tour
